Tradd is a seasoned broker with a focus on manufacturing, flex and logistics related real estate in the Charleston Region. Prior to founding Harbor Commercial Partners in 2022 Tradd was with Avison Young - South Carolina Inc. and was consistently one of the top producing agents for the firm.
Over his ten-year career, he has successfully leased or sold millions of square feet of Industrial real estate for his clients. In 2021 Tradd officially received his SIOR Designation which is held by fewer than 3,000 of the world’s top Industrial and Office brokers.
Tradd goes above and beyond for each client to bring measurable value to any transaction.
