Bio
Todd began his real estate career in 2007 after serving two combat tours in Iraq as a platoon commander in the US Marine Corps. He has a broad range of experience in industrial and investment properties, having successfully negotiated over 1,500 leasing and sales transactions for manufacturing, logistics, and flex industrial facilities. His four-person team (Todd Garrett, Tradd Varner, Crawford Riddle, and John Bagwell) consistently leads the Charleston market in leasing and sales of industrial properties. He is also fluent in Spanish.
