Paula Carson

As a career Property Manager, Paula has worked diligently to achieve the perfect balance between the success of the property owners and tenants by successfully administering tenant leasing and constantly striving for Class A status for the properties she managed.

Paula Carson is a native Charlestonian who began her career in the hospitality industry, working at the downtown bed and breakfast Maison DuPre and the Days Inn Airport.  In 2000, while living in Shreveport, LA, she began working with The Staubach Company as an Assistant Property Manager.  With TheStaubach Company she helped manage office buildings owned by the electric company, SWEPCO.  

After moving back to Charleston, SC in 2003, she continued her third-party commercial property management career with Southern Real EstateManagement which was the property management company of barkleyfraser.com, which later became Avison Young.  During her 14 years with Southern Real Estate Management, she got her Real Estate License and was a member of BOMA and IREM.  Her portfolio consisted of industrial, retail, and office buildings.  

In 2017, Paula began working at Bond Street Management Group, which was the property management division of Bond Street Advisors. During her 8 years working directly for the owner of Bond Street Advisors, she was part of a team that acquired, managed, and leased convenience retail centers across 9 states in the southeast. At the time Paula left Bond Street Management Group to join Harbor Commercial Partners, Bond Street had acquired 33 properties.
