Mac Wiseman

Mac is an Associate at Harbor Commercial Partners, specializing in investment sales and landlord/tenant representation. He joined the firm full-time after interning with Harbor during his time at the College of Charleston.

At CofC, Mac earned a B.S. in Commercial Real Estate Finance and served as a private equity, real estate, and utilities analyst for the College’s Investment Program, an 18-student cohort managing a roughly $500,000 portfolio of public and private equities.

In his first year of brokerage, Mac was involved in more than $15 million in transactions, primarily office assets, along with retail and land deals. He takes a direct approach to transactions: identify the problem or requirement, lay out the options plainly, and execute the strategy that best serves his clients.

Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, surfing, and fishing, but most values time with family and friends.
