Mac Wiseman

Mac joined Harbor Commercial Partners following a formative internship with the firm during the summer of his junior year at the College of Charleston, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Real Estate Finance. This experience affirmed his passion for the industry and equipped him with a solid foundation in financial and market analysis, deal structuring, and client engagement.

As an associate, Mac is dedicated to delivering insightful, results-oriented advisory services while cultivating meaningful and long-term client relationships. He is known for his professionalism, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to delivering the highest standard of service. Mac approaches every assignment with diligence, integrity, and a proactive mindset to ensure exceptional outcomes for his clients.

Prior to his career in real estate and studies, Mac competed as a player in the North American Hockey League (NAHL), an experience that shaped his discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset—qualities that now stand as the foundation in his professional approach.

Outside of work, Mac is deeply family-oriented and active in his community. He is a committed member of Bright City Church, an avid fitness enthusiast, and a lover of the outdoors who enjoys golfing, skiing, surfing, fishing, and all that the Lowcountry has to offer.
