John joined Harbor Commercial Partners in 2026 as an Industrial Associate specializing in commercial sales and leasing throughout the Charleston market. A Charleston native and graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, John first gained experience with Harbor through an internship before joining the firm full-time.
John works with clients on acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, and site selection. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with family and friends while embracing the Lowcountry lifestyle.
