Chris Saltiel
Bio
Chris is an experienced commercial real estate broker specializing in investment sales, leasing, and land development across retail, industrial, and office asset classes in Charleston, SC, where he advises clients on transactions ranging from complex land assemblages to income-producing investment properties.
He graduated from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) in 2019, and began his commercial real estate career with SVN Palmetto Commercial Real Estate, where he built a strong track record representing investors, developers, and owner-operators throughout the Southeast. During his time at SVN, he gained extensive experience structuring deals, negotiating transactions, and marketing a wide range of commercial assets, such as flex, industrial sites, retail redevelopments, and mixed-use land opportunities. In the fall of 2025, Chris joined Harbor Commercial Partners, where he brings a results-driven, client-focused approach to every project.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time on the golf course, playing tennis, and boating with friends and family.
