Bryan Rising is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with more than 20 years of experience managing a broad range of assets, including a strong concentration in industrial properties, on behalf of institutional owners and family offices. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Eastern Michigan University and began his career in South Florida, where he held positions with Transwestern and Berger Commercial Realty. Since relocating to Charleston in 2022, Bryan has built a reputation for delivering strategic oversight, financial discipline, and operational excellence in property management. As Property Manager at Harbor Commercial Partners, he brings extensive market knowledge, leadership, and a results-driven approach to serving clients and assets throughout the region. Bryan is also a licensed real estate professional in South Carolina.
